The principle of dust suppression is based on the effect of agglomeration, which is expressed in the binding of dust particles by a drop of aerosols and subsequent deposition on the surface. This method allows to reduce the dust up to 80-90%, what leads to favorable conditions for personnel at workplaces and during transportation, loading / unloading of raw materials, observing the necessary safety standards.

The modular method of the installation of the dust suppression system allows to carry it out in hard-to-reach places. Dust suppression cannons can be used in large and open spaces.

EXPERIENCE IN THE OPERATION

Nowadays the most effective worldwide solution to the problem of dust suppression is the use of water mist dust suppression. This is a high capacity misting fan producing finely divided water droplets spraying under high pressure. To implement it, you need special equipment (to increase the water pressure), clean water (or water treatment system) and special nozzles.

The higher the pressure of the water supplied to the nozzle, the more effective the system and the less water is used for irrigation.

In closed areas, the system is evenly located above the dust center taking into account the nature and intensity of the dust emission.

For open areas, the use of surfactants is acceptable. As a result of spraying the reagent, a thin film is formed on the surface, which allows to lay dust on the ground. This thin film allows to avoid raising the dust up under the influence of gusts of wind. This method is very relevant for the manufacturing of stacked coal in order to reduce the fire hazard storage.

Management of such a system is carried out automatically (or manually), with all the information displayed in the operator panel.
