Industrial humidifiers provide a uniform and full spray coverage in the workshops and production sites. An installation (plunger pump) injects high pressure in the pipeline to about 70-100 Bar and forces water through a special fogging nozzles (with a small outlet diameter), what creates a fine aerosol in fog range.
Adiabatic humidification VIRSTON has several advantages over other industrial humidification methods. For example, the ultrasonic method is applicable only for small (office or home) areas. Evaporative or water-to-air systems consume a lot of energy (10 times more than the adiabatic method).

VIRSTON touch pads give the operator an opportunity to monitor multiple zones online at the same time. Moreover, at the request of the customer it is possible to display climate indications on a personal computer (for the dispatcher) with the errors and troubles alerts.
VIRSTON’s product range includes a vast number of fogging nozzles, suitable for any specific conditions of the customer. Nozzles are distinguished by the diameter of the outlet (the larger it is, the higher would be the water consumption), by material (nickel-plated brass / stainless steel), and by design (with self-cleaning filter, with a valve). The selection of nozzles depends on the conditions of use.
VIRSTON pump installations are available for customers both by the piece and by group. We use the plungers of reliable European manufacturers (Mazzoni, Interpump, Annovi Reverberi, etc.). The installation is protected from electrical motor overload, overheating, rotor jamming, phase asymmetry and delayed start. This allows you to properly manage the industrial fog system without any spontaneous breakdowns. The oil change procedure in VIRSTON pumps must be taken every 500 hours.
