VIRSTON disinfection arch uses the targeted spray formed by high-pressure pump (point 2 in the diagram) for the consistent disinfection of all incoming vehicles.
Due to the fine dispersion, the adhesion of the disinfectant with the treated surface increases, what makes the contact area increased. Thus, with a minimal amount of active substances, the best antimicrobial effect might be quickly achieved. This method of transport disinfection allows to reduce the consumption of disinfecting solution (water and disinfectant concentrate) for the treatment of the same area in comparison with other treatment methods (disinfectant bath, irrigation, bactericidal foams) that are less effective.

Currently the majority of animal husbandry and meat processing enterprises use bulk disinfectant baths, which disinfect only the chassis of vehicles by immersion.
Bulk disinfectant baths method has a number of disadvantages:
→ processing only the wheels and bottom of vehicles;
→ the need in a canopy (protection from precipitation);
→ the need in heated space or heating solution;
→ regular replacement of the solution in the disinfectant bath;
→ ensuring a constant concentration of disinfectant.
The method of disinfecting vehicles with directed aerosol is, at the moment, the most rational and practical solution that leads to effective results.
